On April 25th, 2019, we hosted the inaugural event for the Service Design Network Boston Chapter at our new downtown office.

Krista Siniscarco, Director of Experience Strategy & Research at Cantina led a panel discussion on creating effective partnerships to deliver a great customer experience. Other panelists included:
