When we’re not working on paid engagements, we focus our efforts on challenges that push us to learn new skills, explore new methodologies, and consider novel approaches. “Cantina Time” is where we take a hunch and turn it into a compelling solution.
Many of our paid engagements are transformative to our clients. We also actively seek out worthy problems on a pro bono basis through our “Innovate with Impact” community and social responsibility program.
And lastly, we meet weekly at “The Hive Mind.” This self-organized meet-up brings in external speakers, allows us to teach one another new skills, have fun, and break down silos within the company.
