Public Consulting Group (PCG), a leading public sector management consulting firm, approached Cantina to undertake a rapid redesign of a student data system to improve the user experience of the web app for an education client.
In just three weeks, Cantina worked with the client to create, iterate, and produce designs for seven distinct application views, delivering a high-fidelity clickable Invision prototype and style guide for PCG’s development team. As part of its delivery, Cantina worked through a variety of technical constraints and different “layers” of design (visual and UX) in order to prioritize and streamline delivery for the client, on-time and on-budget.
PCG’s entire team expressed how impressed it was with Cantina’s process and quality of delivery. Their primary stakeholder went out of his way to communicate how happy he was with the results and with Cantina’s design expertise.
