Converting Customers with better UX

Cantina supported a leading online marketplace to help it engage and convert new customers with a better user experience (UX) across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Our client, a large and rapidly-growing online marketplace wanted to increase its visitor engagement and customer conversion rates across devices

Cantina teamed up with the client to understand its core needs and design a variety of landing page layouts for the client’s mobile, tablet, and desktop experience. In several iterative cycles Cantina worked with the client on different page layouts and optimized the UX/UI design for each device. After doing this, Cantina delivered high-fidelity, component-based designs to the client for its mobile, tablet, and desktop experience. Each of the designs was tested and user-validated by the client to help maximize SEO, SEM, and customer conversion rates.

The client used Cantina’s work to learn and iterate towards solutions that create a better, more informative, and more engaging experience for its customers.
