Executive Vice President of Services
Hi, I’m Jennifer. I bring over two decades of experience to my role leading the project management practice at Cantina. I’ve worked in client service throughout my career to support digital transformation for organizations such as Goodyear, Northeastern University, Dunkin Donuts, and Fidelity. I believe that a strong and connected team is the key to successful engagements and nothing is more rewarding to me than helping a team succeed. To best support that success, I strive to be a servant leader, helping people develop and perform to the best of their ability.
In my most recent role at ZeroDegrees Inc, I worked directly with clients on User Experience strategy & research, design and development projects, while building the project management team and defining processes to best support our clients needs in the most efficient way. Prior to my role at ZeroDegrees Inc, I spent 8 years at Digitas Boston as a program management and business operations leader, collaborating with internal and client teams to define and manage complex digital engagements, primarily focused on web-based engagements.
My areas of focus at Cantina are:
- Driving project management excellence to deliver exceptional work for our clients as part of the services team
- Leading process improvements that help us to gain efficiencies and focus more of our energy on delivering quality results for our clients, and,
- Helping to define the strategic direction for internal R&D initiatives that expand and mature our offerings in order to support our clients’ challenges.
