I'm a User Experience Designer at Cantina with more than two decades of both contributing and leading large-scale technology and design engagements. I help clients design, execute, and deploy business-driven design solutions that respond to customer and user insights.
My experience spans a number of related fields including web development, information architecture, visual design, content management, process design, product development, team management and project management. At Cantina I’ve worked with clients such as John Hancock, Putnam Investments, Shoebuy, and Clothbound to design and develop digital products and eCommerce solutions. I’ve also worked with companies as diverse as Fidelity, YAHOO!, Novell, Bostonian Shoes, Harvard Business School Publishing, and Boston Scientific to develop products and experiences that drive traffic, cultivate loyalty, improve efficiency, increase conversions, deepen insight, and generally make people’s lives a little easier.
I’m proud of the work we do at Cantina to clarify and illuminate human needs and capture actionable insight. What I enjoy most about my job is helping colleagues and clients better communicate their thinking and deliver their best work.

Other Fun Facts
In College I created and showed ceramic sculptures and paintings. Some of my work is still on display. Largely self-taught, I have a weakness for anything I don’t fully understand. That said - I try to limit my personal focus to visual design, history, storytelling, illustration and art.
