Hi, I’m Dakota and I’ve joined Cantina as an Engineer specializing in iOS development. I bring my dedication as a software engineer and passion for building, learning and helping others to help craft beautiful experiences for our clients. My software development journey has humble beginnings in my middle school days with MySQL and PHP for private World of Warcraft servers. Before joining Cantina, I volunteered my skills at Brigham and Women’s hospital in a Pathology lab writing code for genome analysis. During my five years in the field, I’ve developed an interest in all areas of software and mobile development, but I’m focused on furthering my expertise in iOS and Swift.
In this world the ones always smiling are the ones who are the strongest.
Other Fun Facts
I love to collect vintage/classic cameras. I’m fascinated by the evolution of technology, especially the camera. My other areas of interest include photography, music, cooking, and health & wellness.
